Uploading your image file
If you are uploading an image or photograph, they must be in JPEG or PNG format. Any other format, cannot be accepted. We print images at a minimum of 300DPI and so your upload should also be at also at least 300DPI.
We will accept lower resolution images but you will see an on-screen warning to advise you that the image may not appear very well on the label. Please note that our printing service is CYMK so if your logo was created with Pantone colours there may be a slight differential in colour tone but we always do our best to match as closely as we can.
Where is my order?
On your order confirmation, you will see an anticipated date of despatch and estimated date of delivery based on your chosen method of delivery. All orders have a production lead time of 7-10 days.
Royal Mail - Standard Delivery Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 to 3 working days after your order has been dispatched, but this isn’t guaranteed. Please allow 5 working days for delivery before contacting us.
Parcel Force - Delivery is usually 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow at least 2 days for delivery before contacting us.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can change your delivery address up until 1pm on the day of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 699 0206 and we will be happy to amend your delivery address.
Can I sent to a gift directly to a recipient?
The delivery note is printed with the contents of the parcel, the note contains the recipient’s name and address and the senders name and address. There are no prices on the delivery note.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes!Yes you can add a gift box to your order from the product page. Our gift boxes are sturdy and come with a small card, tissue paper and the message of your choice.
Will they know its from me?
You can add a gift card to your order with a message and we will pop it inside the parcel. Just add the message in the notes box when you check out.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?
If you need your order to be delivered on a specific day, please contact us and we will try to organise this.
Can I track my order?
We are not able to provide a tracking reference for any order sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Royal Mail international Standard services.
You will be sent a tracking reference for premium shipping when we email you to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
Outer lying UK delivery postcodes
Certain postcodes in the Scottish HIghland's and Islands and some offshore addresses including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands do incur a slightly higher delivery charge with our next day delivery courier. We do apologise if you are affected by this.

Do I have to create an account?
Having an account will allow you to track the progress of your order and we will send you exclusive offers and information from time to time (no, we don’t like being bombarded with emails either!). So don’t worry, your details are safe with us. We will never pass your details to any third parties.
